The First Baptist Church of Cornelius invites the public to Sunday morning and Wednesday evening worship as they welcome Interim Pastor Roger Head and his wife, Charlene. The Heads have three grown children. Pastor Head has preached at churches in the Carolinas and Illinois. He comes to First Baptist from his position as Discipleship pastor at Blackwelder Park Baptist Church in Kannapolis.
