The North Carolina Department of Public instruction released its annual set of school report cards for the 2010-11 school year last week.
The report cards, made public Oct. 27, contain information about student performance based on End-of-Grade and End-of-Course tests, class size, school safety, teacher quality and classroom technology, as well as basic information like school size.
The report cards have been produced annually since 2001 to provide the public with information about academic performance at the school, district and state level.
Full report cards for all N.C. public schools, including charter schools, are available online at www. ncreportcards.org.
