The Piedmont School of Etiquette of Concord held classes Oct. 3 -7 at the Birkdale Residents Clubhouse in Huntersville. Students ranged from 5 to 10 years in age and learned proper introductions, correct handshake, eye contact, telephone and thank-you note etiquette. The students also learned appropriate conversation topics, and American and Continental dining skills – all from Mrs. Donna Knorr, president and certified etiquette consultant.
