DAVIDSON – The Ada Jenkins Center will host their inaugural walk-a-thon Saturday, Nov. 5, at the Antiquity Development in Cornelius. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and participants are able to come at any time and encouraged to walk as many laps as possible in an effort to build pledges. Participants collecting at least $100 in pledges will be entered into a drawing for an iPad. Students can earn community service hours by participating in this event.
