HUNTERSVILLE – Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatic center will hold two more classes as part of the “Nuts & Bolts of Nutrition” seminars on healthy eating habits.
The next class, held on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. at the 11725 Verhoeff Road center,18 is called “The Earth Fare Food Philosophy, Where did America Go Wrong?” The class will focus on what processed foods do to the body and will teach ways to eat healthy.
The last class, Nov. 16, is “Supplements 101,” and covers health and vitamin supplements. That 45-minute discussion will begin at 7 pm. at the aquatic center.
