CORNELIUS – The Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners voted Nov. 15 to spend $160,000 to make a number of improvements at Jetton Park, 19000 Jetton Road.

The project will include repairing and resurfacing asphalt trails, upgrading the playground, correcting drainage problems, replacing the floor in Waterfront Hall and stabilizing 500 feet of park shoreline. The board estimates to complete the project in April of 2012.
