CORNELIUS – On Nov. 5, the Ada Jenkins Walk-a-thon was held in Cornelius and raised more than $6,000 for the Ada Jenkins Center. The Hough High School Women’s Basketball Team was on the scene and proved to be the most enthusiastic team at the event.

The Ada Jenkins Center is a non-profit health and human service organization serving Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville and South Iredell. Last year the Center provided services to 19,454 individuals.
