HUNTERSVILLE – For the eighth consecutive year, SwimMAC Carolina will stuff shoeboxes full of goodies to send to American troops stationed overseas.

SwimMAC members train at Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics, 11725 Verhoeff Drive, and Charlotte Latin in south Charlotte. Team members will gather Friday, Nov. 18, from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. at Charlotte Latin to enjoy pizza and fill as many shoeboxes as possible.

SwimMAC is accepting donations for the shoeboxes, which can be dropped off at the SwimMAC offices at 9820 Northcross Court, Huntersville. Information: Swaple@swimmaccarolina.org or call 704-706-5064.
