HUNTERSVILLE – Children’s Impact Network’s 5K prayer walk/run will support their work to help children in need around the world. The run begins at 9 a.m. Oct. 8 at Lake Forest Church, 8519 Gilead Road. The registration fee of $30 will go toward projects such as the Bolivia Life Center orphanage and the Colombia Life Center safe house for children and widows of martyred pastors.
