MOORESVILLE – Point Blank shooting range will host a grand opening celebration and charity fundraising event the weekend of Oct. 29 and 30.

The grand opening celebration will consist of food, activities and celebrity appearances by shooting stars Tim Abell and Mike Hughes.

Tim Abell is a Hollywood actor and the host of Outdoor Channel’s “Grateful Nation.” He is a former U.S. Army Ranger whose passion is exposing veterans to the American traditions of hunting and shooting.

Mike Hughes is one of two finalists for this season’s “TopShot” a shooting competition aired on the History Channel.

The facility contains 15 25-yard lanes for pistol, rifle and shotgun use, featuring a cutting-edge targeting system.
