CORNELIUS- The Town of Cornelius Park Arts, Recreation and Culture Department is currently accepting proposals from vendors for the provision of lacrosse programming. The town currently offers spring leagues, summer camps, fall clinics and fall leagues at its park locations at Bailey Road Park, Smithville Park and J.V. Washam Elementary.
Any bidder may tour these facilities prior to submitting a bid.
Services will be for 2012 with options for renewal. Information and documents are available at the Cornelius Parks, Arts, Recreation and Culture department’s website, www.corneliuspr.org.
All submittals must be complete and submitted in a sealed envelope or package and clearly labeled “Town of Cornelius Lacrosse Program c/o Ryan Hager” and either mailed to PO Box 399, Cornelius, NC 28031, or hand delivered to Cornelius Town Hall, 21445 Catawba Avenue, Cornelius, NC 28031. Submissions must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19.
