HUNTERSVILLE – The town will close Hugh McAuley Road at Stumptown Road for about three weeks beginning Jan. 10 to make improvements to the intersection.

Work to realign the intersection has already begun and should conclude by the end of January. Drivers can access Stumptown Road within the MacAulay neighborhood by using Bytham Castle Drive.
