Torrence Creek Elementary second-grader Alora Coffey donated 10 inches of her hair to Locks of Love. Alora, who is the 8-year-old daughter of Jodi and Greg Coffey, of Huntersville, got her hair cut at Snip-its in Birkdale. Locks of Love collects hair to make hairpieces for children who have long-term medical-related hair loss.
