HUNTERSVILLE – The gymnasts on the Everest Gymnastics Compulsory Team finished a strong season, with the level four and level six teams placing second in the state and the level five team placing third.

Thirteen girls also placed first individually. For the level four team, first-place winners are Peyton Freeze, Claire Christman, Hailey Higbea, Bria

DiOrio, Lauren Little and Jacey Madigan. The level five team gymnasts who placed first are Julia Marsilio, Sydney Bennett and Olivia Tarpley. Gymnasts on the level six team who placed first are Katelyn Abernathy, Abigail Meredith, Kinsey Davis and Brianne Loseke.

The Everest Gymnastics Training Center is at 103 Parr Drive.
