CORNELIUS – The Baker’s Joint is scheduled to open in late January in Jetton Village. Rochelle Courey founded the new business, which is a daily bakery, café and custom bakery.

The bakery will offer pastries of all kinds with Illy brand coffee and tea.  The Baker’s Joint will also serve lunch, including focaccia pizzas and salads.

Jetton Village also announced in a news release that Peninsula China Bistro will reopen in early 2011 after adding a sushi bar.
