CHARLOTTE – Crosland, a Charlotte-based real estate firm, has been name a top company in the Grant Thorton North Carolina 100.

The Grant Thorton North Carolina 100 is an annual ranking of mostly privately held companies in the Carolinas. This is the ninth consecutive year Crosland has made the list, and this year the company was selected as the top-ranked real estate developer.

“We are honored to be recognized as a Top 100 company for the ninth year in a row,” Chief Executive Officer and President Stephen Mauldin said in a news release. “This ranking confirms Crosland’s continued relevance despite an incredibly challenged real estate and broader economic environment.”
