Hopewell High School ninth-grader Tony Howard was one of three winners in the Character All-Star program’s essay contest, along with Sedgefield Middle School seventh- grader Roxana Barros and Cochrane Middle School eighth-grader Bialia Lor.
Student writers chose a character trait and wrote about its importance. Tony selected “justice.”
His winning essay won Tony tickets to a Carolina Panthers football game.
