HUNTERSVILLE – Through May, Huntersville and Davidson residents who follow curbside recycling rules will have a weekly chance to win a $100 Harris Teeter gift card.

The Matthews-based grocer has joined with Coca-Cola for the second annual Recycle and Win program, according to a news release. The two companies also offer the recycling incentive in Charlotte, Pineville, Matthews and Mint Hill. Residents should receive a mailer with reminders about what items can be placed in curbside bins or recycling. To participate in the contest, residents must place an accompanying sticker on their recycling bin, the release said.

The Coca-Cola Prize Patrol will visit neighborhoods in each community each week beginning Nov. 1 and will award 10 Harris Teeter Gift Cards each week.
