HUNTERSVILLE – The Lake Norman Cookies for Kids’ Cancer bake sale will take place from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Birkdale Village Shopping Center. The bake sale will be located in the center of Birkdale Village near Santa Claus and the holiday tree. Cookies for Kids’ Cancer is a national nonprofit that raises money for pediatric cancer research through local bake sales.
