The Leadership Lake Norman Alumni Association, a part of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce, raised more than $2,200 during its The Kids Path fundraiser. The money raised will benefit children facing the challenge of coping with a serious illness.

The event was held at The Comedy Zone of Lake Norman and sponsored by The Smile Architects, Jessica Lamb, The Fitness Center at Birkdale, Artisan Signs, the Kiwanis Club-Lake Norman, TechnoCom, Shared Resources and JJ Wade Insurance Agency.
